As I was re-watching Julie and Julia last night, I got hit by a new wave of motivation. I have been wanting to start a cooking blog for a while now, but I always postpone it because "I'm not good enough, I know nothing about food photography, I'm just a beginner with high standards" bla bla. I suffer from the same "I can't finish a damn thing" issue that Julie (from Julie and Julia) suffers, so I need to set small, everyday goals and stick to them. Step by step, baby.
First of all, I will not pretend to be more experienced than I actually am. Every stupid mistake I make, I will write all about it, so that you don't have to repeat it. I will post every failure and every success. It's only fair.
That being said...
The first challenge of this baby blog is to cook all the food from Friends. I have that disease called "Friends Frenzy". I have watched the show so many times, I am actually afraid to attempt counting,cause I might be diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive-clingy-as-hell syndrome. And nobody wants that. Over the years I have found many new reasons (excuses) to re-watch the show, but I have to say, this one is by far the best! Approximately 84 possible recipes in there, I will attempt to make all of them and meet you on the other side!
